Welcome to Aloha, Body, Mind and Soul

TRAVEL * BEAUTY *  WELLNESS We offer you a leisurely look at the travel and wellness available in Hawaii. To navigate, use the pop-out left menu and click to Labels, use the Table of Contents page tab at the top or use the convenient search bar in the top right for your favorite key words and locations.  There are so many reasons for Hawaii: the aloha/love, ohana/family, foods, drinks, flora and fauna, the ocean, the healing salt water and air, the bright and vibrant culture and laid-back island lifestyle. It is healing to simply be in Hawaii; to breathe in the fresh unpolluted ocean air, thousands of miles from anything else.  Sea level, negative ions, no pollution, fresh, healthy foods from locally grown farmers' markets, fresh-caught seafood. A Beautiful Life — A Contemplative Retreat
Print and Go.

There are seasons when life asks us to slow down. To breathe. To listen. To return to what feels steady, sacred, and true.

A Beautiful Life was born from that quiet place — a desire to create something simple, contemplative, and nourishing. Something you could sit with at your kitchen table, take to the porch at sunrise, or tuck into your journal for the days when your heart needs gentleness.

Over the past weeks, I’ve been shaping this retreat into a complete experience you can print, hold, and return to again and again. Today, I’m so happy to share that it’s finished, bundled, and available in my Etsy shop.

What’s Inside the Retreat Pack

A Beautiful Life Retreat Guide

A 14‑page contemplative guide that moves through four quiet themes:

  • Grace as the Foundation

  • Ordering Life Around Holiness

  • Harmony, Justness, Joy

  • Peace as an Emanation

Each section offers reflection prompts, simple practices, and space to pause. It’s a gentle companion for anyone longing for clarity and steadiness.

A Beautiful Life Companion Journal

This 27‑page journal is designed to walk alongside the retreat or stand alone as a daily practice. It includes:

  • Guided reflection pages

  • Centering statements

  • Harmony and peace practices

  • Spacious writing sections

  • Closing reflections

The journal gives you room to breathe, write, and settle into your own rhythm.

A Beautiful Life Reflection Cards

  • Peace

  • Beauty

These can be printed, framed, tucked into your journal, or used as daily reflection companions. They add a touch of beauty and substance to the retreat experience.

Why I Created This

I wanted to offer something that felt like a quiet retreat. not loud, not busy, not complicated and not touristy if you're traveling. Just a simple, steady structure you can return to whenever life feels scattered or heavy.

A Beautiful Life is meant to be lived slowly. It’s meant to be savored. It’s meant to help you realign your life around what feels holy, harmonious, and true.
